Transport and Parking

Trains and Buses:
The Nambour Railway Station and Transport Interchange is located immediately behind the Centenary Square Complex. It takes 1 hour 45 mins from Nambour to Brisbane central by train. Nambour to Eumundi by train takes 16 minutes.

106 Sunbus daily services between Nambour and Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Chancellor Park and Noosa.

The Hinterland Connect bus service operates between Nambour and Maleny on a regular basis

A Kings Multi-level carpark is located adjacent to the Centre (entrance via Mill Street). A ramp from Level 1 of this car park leads directly to the Centre’s foyer entrance. A coin machine is located at the Mill Street entrance to accept the admission fee payable.

It is suggested that disabled patrons and patrons with prams, access the venue via this car park.

Taxis:
A taxi rank is located immediately opposite the Railway Station.

Persons under 18 years
Nambour Civic Centre is a licensed venue - every person under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

Patrons with Disabilities
If you need assistance, please mention your requirements when booking. Disabled patrons can be dropped off at the foyer entrance to the Nambour Civic Centre without charge. Please advise us if you are booking tickets for patrons in wheel chairs at the time of booking.

Assisted Listening Devices
An Induction Loop system is available in Cinema/Small Theatre and an Infrared Assisted Hearing System is available in the Main Hall of the Nambour Civic Centre.

To use the hearing system in the cinema, patrons are requested to turn their existing hearing aid to the 'T' setting. For patrons needing hearing assistance and/or do not have a hearing aid, headsets are available at either the Box Office or Kiosk prior to the commencement of a show/movie. The loop system is limited to certain sections of the venues (see seating plan maps for available detailing the designated area). Please advise the Box Office of your requirements at time of ticket purchase.

Child/babes-in-arms policy
Certain performances/events are deemed not suitable for children. All patrons, including children over three years of age must hold a valid ticket to the event/performance being attended. This policy may vary for children's performances. Please contact the Nambour Civic Centre for information on policies relating to specific events.

Refunds / Exchanges
There are normally no refunds or exchanges available other than in the event of a cancellation of the programme.
