FAQ for Visitors

I can find your address but no street number?
We have recently been assigned a street number which is 114 Sportsmans Parade although the number is not yet visible on the building. Travelling along Sportsmans Parade from the north off Main Drive, we are the last building on the lake side of the road or if travelling from the south from Meridan St onto Sportsmans Parade we are the first building on the left.

What parking options are available?
The Venue has approx 50 dedicated parking spots. There are also over 75 shared car parks adjacent to the Venue with a high vacancy. There are also a number of street parking spots surrounding the Venue.

What public transport options are available?
Sunshine Coast bus services run regularly along the Nicklin Way which is parallel to Sportsmans Parade The closest bus stop is on the corner of Meridan Street, approximately a 300m walk from the Venue.

Where are your entrances located?
We have two entrances into the building. We have our Main Entrance (a sliding door) located immediately next to the 'drop off point'. This entrance will be used for most events and provides direct access to our administration, box office, and lift/stairwell. Occasionally some events choose to utilise our Courtyard Entrance. If this is the case, it will be clearly signed.
