How To Book
To make things easy for you, J Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or at The J Box Office.

Hours: 24 hours, 7 days a week
Payment: Visa or Mastercard
How / Where: follow the Book Now links in the What's On section
Delivery: Online tickets are available for collection one hour before the show from the door or from the box office during opening hours
Hours: 9am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Payment: Visa, Mastercard only

Delivery: Patrons are asked whether they would like their tickets mailed or left for collection
Hours: 9am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday, and 1 hour prior to each ticketed event at The J.
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, cash, cheque. Tax Invoices available on request.
How / Where: 60 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads
Delivery: Patrons are given tickets at time of purchase
Event Box Office
Hours: 1 hour prior to event start (usually 7pm for 8pm start)
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Cash.
How/Where: The J Box Office (located upstairs)
Concessions
The J offers concessions on ticket prices at certain events. The types of available concessions vary, depending on the event presenters' wishes. For most internally organised events, concessions are offered to seniors, pensioners, children and welfare/healthcare card holders. Concession cards must be shown at the time of purchase for counter sales and presented at the door if purchased on the phone or internet.
