Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Noosa Shire Council’s online ticketing system. By using this site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, do not use the site.

• This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to the event and/or venue where held.
• Admittance to patrons with tickets purchased online at a discount price (eg student, pensioner) will only be upon presentation to venue staff of relevant ID. Failure to produce appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged full price for the ticket.
• All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the performance is cancelled in which case the ticket holder will be entitled to a full refund. Please note, there is no refund on postage costs.
• If the performance is cancelled due to an Act of God, natural disaster and adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond The Venue’s control, there is no right of refund or exchange and no obligation is assured by The Venue for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.
• Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the programme.
• Liquor licence rules apply where liquor is sold & consumed at specific venues.
• Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted.
• Patrons will adhere to all Venue House Guidelines.
• Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
• The Venue assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.
• Upon approval, a fee will apply for exchanging or reprinting tickets.
• The Venue discloses your personal information to the event organisers for operational purposes and also because from time to time they may choose to provide you with information about their future events. If you consent, these organisations may use this information to provide you with promotional and marketing material.
